  2. Lemon Juice: Lemon juice adds a zesty and tangy flavor to the smoothie, balancing the earthy taste of the greens and adding a refreshing twist. It also provides a dose of vitamin C, which supports immune health and enhances the absorption of nutrients.
  3. Baby Spinach: Baby spinach is a nutrient-rich leafy green vegetable packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It adds a vibrant green color to the smoothie without overpowering the flavor. Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, folate, and iron, promoting overall health and well-being.
  4. Avocado (Frozen): Frozen avocado adds creaminess and a rich, buttery texture to the smoothie. Avocado is a source of healthy fats, including monounsaturated fats, which help to keep you feeling satisfied and promote heart health. It also provides vitamins E, K, and B6, as well as potassium and fiber.
  5. Mint Leaves (Fresh, Roughly Chopped): Fresh mint leaves impart a refreshing and cooling flavor to the smoothie, complementing the other ingredients. Mint is known for its digestive benefits and can help soothe the stomach. It adds a burst of freshness and aroma to the smoothie, making it even more enjoyable.
  6. Ginger (Fresh, Roughly Chopped): Fresh ginger adds a subtle spicy kick and warmth to the smoothie, along with its unique flavor profile. Ginger is renowned for its anti-inflammatory and digestive properties, promoting gastrointestinal health and easing nausea. It adds depth of flavor and enhances the overall taste of the smoothie.
