Accessibility Statement

Dr. Mark Stengler/America's Natural Doctor/Stengler Center for Integrative Medicine/StenglerVision Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our website (the "Site") usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology.

Our Commitment

We believe that every visitor should be able to access the information, products, and services offered on our Site. We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience and to upholding the principles of equal access and equal opportunity for people with disabilities.

Conformance Standards

Our Site aims to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. We also consider the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in our ongoing accessibility efforts.

Accessibility Features and Tools

To support visitors with a range of needs, we have implemented the UserWay Accessibility Widget on our Site. The widget is available on every page and allows visitors to adjust the Site experience in real time, including options to:

  • Modify text size and font
  • Adjust color contrast and saturation
  • Enable readable fonts and increased letter spacing
  • Highlight links and focus elements for easier navigation
  • Pause animations and stop motion
  • Use a screen reader–friendly mode

The widget can be activated using the accessibility icon located on each page of the Site.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our content and design to identify and address potential barriers, including:

  • Providing meaningful alternative text for images
  • Adding captions and transcripts to video content where applicable
  • Reviewing color contrast and typography for readability
  • Ensuring forms and interactive elements are keyboard-accessible and properly labeled
  • Updating older content to align with current accessibility best practices

Despite our best efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and remediate any remaining issues.

Third-Party Content

Some content on our Site may be provided by third parties or hosted on third-party platforms. While we encourage our partners and vendors to follow accessibility best practices, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content we do not directly control. If you encounter difficulty with third-party content accessed through our Site, please let us know so we can assist where possible.

Reporting Accessibility Issues

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have difficulty accessing any part of our Site, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

When contacting us, please describe the issue you experienced, the page or feature involved, and, if possible, the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe and to address reported issues as promptly as possible.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may wish to consult additional resources, including the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance available at ada.gov.
